Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows users to:

  • Capture or upload food images
  • Receive automated healthiness and allergen-related insights
  • Save or delete food scan reports
  • Create an optional user account

The App uses automated systems to generate analysis results.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is provided for informational purposes only.

It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or allergy diagnosis.

You acknowledge that:

  • Analysis results may be inaccurate
  • Allergen detection is not guaranteed
  • You assume full responsibility for dietary decisions

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

4. User Accounts

Users may optionally create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may delete your account at any time through in-app functionality.

Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of food images and content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

We do not publicly distribute your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Interfere with the App's operation
  • Abuse usage limits

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • The App uses artificial intelligence and automated systems
  • Results may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading
  • The Company makes no guarantee of accuracy

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve (12) months, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
