A. Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Food photos captured or uploaded in the App
- Food analysis results generated by the App
- Saved food scan reports
- Email address or login credentials (if you create an account)
- Dietary or allergen preferences you voluntarily provide
Account creation is optional. Users may use the App without registering, subject to lower daily usage limits.
B. Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- App version
- Anonymous usage metrics
- Crash and performance data
This data helps us improve reliability and performance.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Analyze food images
- Generate healthiness and allergen insights
- Provide recommendations
- Enforce daily usage limits
- Maintain and improve the App

We do not sell personal data.
4. AI and Cloud Processing
Food images and related data may be processed using automated machine learning systems hosted by secure third-party cloud service providers.
These providers process data solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
All analysis results are generated automatically and may not be accurate or complete.
5. Data Retention
Unsaved Scans
- The image and analysis data are stored temporarily
- Data is automatically deleted within three (3) days
Saved Reports
- The data is stored in your account
- It remains until you delete it or delete your account
Report Deletion
Users may delete individual saved reports within the App. Deleted reports are permanently removed from our cloud storage.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account within the App. When an account is deleted, all associated saved reports, account information, stored images, and related personal data are permanently deleted from our production systems within a reasonable period. We do not retain deleted account data for commercial purposes.
6. Data Sharing
We do not:
- Sell user data
- Share user images publicly
- Use user food images for advertising
We may share limited information with service providers necessary to operate the App (such as hosting providers), under strict confidentiality agreements.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction
- Request deletion

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
